Reader Reviews This is a very fun and shiney piece and I absolutely love it! It's unique, the colors of the stones are bright, clear and compliment each other and the silver leaves well. It's a little harder to put on as the flowers and leaves twist around a bit so you might have to fidget around a bit for make it lie flat (but then I'm a bit of a clutz also, lol.) A bit of a hassel with the delivery however, but I *will* be buying from ICE again and am happy with my over all experience! When I opened my package though, one of the stone/petals was missing. I called Ice to request an exchange and it took about two minutes, no wait and customer service was friendly and very understanding. I returned the necklace using their FedEx account number (didn't have to pay for the return myself). I had to email them back a week later to ask about when my exchange would be arriving and they sent me the tracking number within 12 hours. For some werid reason, the exchange arrived in SF but got returned to ICE without being shipped to me so ICE just went ahead and sent my third replacement overnight the same day FedEx bounced it back.
