Nightmare! Buyer be warned. The ring is actually really beautiful and well made. It is listed as a size 7 and is closer to a size 10! I paid for the ring with an Amazon gift certificate and my credit card. The nightmare began in the return process. I paid postage and insurance to return the ring per instructions from Customer Service for jewelry items. I DID NOT use their pre-paid return label. Amazon attempted to deduct a return shipping fee from my due credit. They also attempted to deduct ANOTHER return shipping fee from the balance of my gift certificate. After 1 1/2 hours on the phone with customer service the correct amount was FINALLY credited back to my credit card and Amazon gift certificate. I have yet to recieve any credit or balance to my Amazon account for the amount I paid out of pocket to return the ring. They assured me this would be listed in my account for future purchases. This DID NOT HAPPEN. I actually loved the ring and would have liked to purchase another CORRECT size. I repeatedly asked customer service to verify if my ring was a fluke or the entire lot of these rings were size 10. They could never address that. I didn't want to risk another nightmare experience and order another one and hope for a size 7. Note that the ring description states it only comes in size 7?  Comment | Permalink |  (Report this)
